Alliance Homes Group

The Alliance Homes Group is a charitable “registered society” and social enterprise working in the West of England.  Its primary purpose is providing social housing and care and support within the community.

The Group operates on a not for profit basis, employs around 430 people and has an annual turnover of around £34m.

With a strong focus on people, services within the Group are delivered under the following brands:
  • Alliance Homes manages 6,800 homes. It also delivers a range of projects to build stronger communities.
  • Alliance Living Support has established itself as a market leader in support provision for vulnerable people. It is well placed to secure new delivery contracts across the region.
  • Alliance Living Care promotes independent living by providing domiciliary care services, as a local authority partner and direct to the public.
  • Alliance Property Care specialises in asset management, development, repairs and investment. 
  • Alliance Ventures is a national leader in environmentally friendly initiatives. It includes ownership of solar photo-voltaic panels installed on 1,400 properties and is a significant energy generator.
  • Alliance Ventures will continue to investigate and implement initiatives that tackle fuel poverty and other new business ventures.

Rydon

Rydon is a successful construction, development, maintenance, investment and management group operating throughout England. It is a multi-talented organisation, working across a wide range of market sectors within the built environment.

From beginnings in 1978, Rydon has grown into a multi-faceted company, employing over 600 people. Rydon Construction, Rydon Homes and Rydon Maintenance cover general contracting, refurbishment, remediation, cross subsidy regeneration, property maintenance and residential and commercial property development, while Ryhurst focuses on developing bespoke product/service solutions for the health and social care markets.
