On the inside of the building we are applying plastering and mist coat to the walls.

Up on the roof again, here is the smoke shaft completed.

With the good weather we have made good progress to the roof.

The Gas Absorption Heat Pump (GAHP) is now in place on roof, which will provide an efficient and green way to heating the building.

The timber roof structure is now complete on all sections of the building, ready for the top roof coverings.

A traditional ‘topping out’ ceremony was held on Friday 11th March to celebrate placing the final brick at Tamar Court.

A number of areas are now tiled on the roof ensuring the top of the building is weathertight.
