This project is now complete and was successfully handed over 18/11/2016. We hope the residents enjoy their new home! 

The project is now nearing completion. These photos show the finished entrance, the main entrance hall and the court yard area with grass and seating areas.

Work is continuing outside as the patio is laid, plants are planted and benches are installed in the communal garden area.  

These CGI's show what the finished Foyer and Cafe areas will look like once the work is complete.  

Bathrooms are complete with walk in showers for easy and safe  access.  

Finishing touches to the bedrooms have been made ready for residents to move in.

Living rooms are now fully furnished and ready for residents to move in. 

All cupboards, fixture and fittings have been installed in the Kitchens 

The coloured glass frames have been installed and it is time to start clearing the tools and equipment from the main entrance

The kitchens are nearly finished and the as the lights are on installed and turned on. 

The commercial kitchen is being prepared for installation of cooking equipment

The sales suit is being prepared as the toilet is installed, the walls decorated with wallpaper and fixtures and fittings are fitted.   

The corridors are nearly ready for flooring and painting. 

Progress has been made on the front entrance as the wooden support beams and roofing are installed.  

With all the heavy lifting complete the crane has been removed from site

Here’s some of the construction trainees from Weston College who have completed their two week construction trainee programme and secured their CSCS cards. Congratulations! We are delighted to have secured one of the trainees a further four week placement with one of our plastering subcontractors. 

Construction trainees from Weston College in Weston-super-Mare visited Tamar Court to get a taste of life on site.

The glass balconies are now being installed, providing outdoor space to those apartments above ground level and bringing more light inside

These are the Gulam beams that sit above the front entrance and are a real feature of the building. The rest of the lobby is taking shape behind the scaffolding

Up to the 2nd floor, the flats have been boarded and are ready for decorating.

The flats on the ground floor have been decorated and are awaiting ‘snagging’ for any finishing touches.

The internal corridor walls have just been boarded and are soon to be decorated.

Outside, the main entrance roof structure is now completed

Installation of the new kitchens is well underway. 

‘Second fix’ carpentry, including the doors, is now underway.

On to the second floor and the corridor ceilings have now been sealed and boarded.

The internal courtyard roof has now been fully tiled.
