The final section of ground beam (foundations) being concreted and made ready for the first stage of blockwork.

Once the first section of concrete pouring is complete we will commence the blockwork towards the end of May. 

Here are the exposed tops of the piles, the deep foundations of the new building. We have just started placing steel cages over them prior to backfilling with concrete, which will begin to arrive on 20 May.

We have been continuing work on our foundations. This is the crane we have been using to test their strength, what we call a static pile test.
